Presented to the person who has made the greatest contribution to the Club over the past year.
This years recipient has not been a member of SLHCC for many years, but is a well known figure to the cricketers of Thurrock
over many years.  In such a short time he has contributed greatly to the life of the club as a team captain and in 2006 as Team
Secretary.  Tonight, I am pleased to announce the 2006 Club Member of the Year is Geoff Lake.
Finally, thanks to Neil Doherty and his mum for providing an excellent buffet.
